DTF orders placed before 9 AM (during business hours) are usually ready for same-day local pickup. While same-day printing is not guaranteed, the majority of orders are completed within the same day.
Our custom stickers are printed on premium media for bold color and long-lasting durability. Unlaminated stickers are best for labels, packaging, branding, and everyday use. Laminated stickers are required for high-wear and outdoor applications such as water bottles, bumpers, and weather-exposed surfaces. Holographic stickers are intended for designs that do not require white ink. Clear stickers work best for labels and designs without white ink and are not intended for heavy-wear or dishwasher use.
Each order includes one design per set of 50 stickers. Artwork must be high-resolution, properly sized, and uploaded at checkout. Files must not include crop marks, registration lines, or printer marks. A bleed is required on all sticker designs. Orders submitted without artwork cannot be processed. For contour cut orders, please send your image as a PNG file with the background removed.
A bleed is extra artwork or background color extending beyond the final cut line. This prevents white edges and uneven cuts. Designs placed too close to the edge, thin borders, fine details, or text near the edge may be cut off. We print and cut exactly what is submitted. To add a bleed, extend your artwork past the final cut shape or place your design on a solid-color background that matches your artwork.
Laminated stickers and designs with heavy ink coverage—especially dark or saturated colors like red and black—require a gas-out period before finishing. This curing time prevents bubbling, lifting, and laminate failure. These orders may require additional production time. This step is required to ensure professional, long-lasting results and cannot be skipped.
