Turnaround Time Policy

DTF Prints
Orders placed before 9:00 AM (Monday–Friday) and 5 feet or more are usually printed the same day.
This does not guarantee same-day pickup or delivery.
Turnaround times do not include holidays or scheduled closures, which will be announced on our social media pages.

Stickers
Typical turnaround time is 1–5 business days, (1-3 for orders less than 400) depending on order quantity and material selection.
Laminated decals require a minimum of 2 business days, as all prints are allowed to properly gas out before lamination to prevent bubbling or “glassing.”

Custom Design Services
Custom artwork is typically completed within 5–7 business days.
This timeframe does not include revisions, which may extend completion time depending on the number of changes requested.

Printed Apparel
Most apparel orders are completed within 7–10 business days, though some may be finished sooner.
Turnaround time may vary based on material availability, order size, and current production volume.

Rhinestone Designs
Standard rhinestone orders follow the same 7–10 business day timeline as printed apparel.
Custom rhinestone designs may take 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity, order size, and materials required.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are subject to approval and require payment of rush fees prior to production. The rush fee is $25 or 25% of the total order amount, whichever is greater.

Orders under $100 → 25% is less than $25, so the flat $25 fee applies

Orders over $100 → 25% is more than $25, so the percentage applies

Example:
If your order total is $80, the rush fee would be $25.
If your order total is $200, the rush fee would be $50 (25% of the order total).
