Turnaround Time Policy
We work hard to complete every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect. Please keep the following turnaround times in mind when placing your order. Please note that our business is closed Saturday through Monday, and those days are not included in turnaround times. Any other scheduled closures are announced via our social media platforms.
DTF Prints/Gang Sheets
DTF print orders submitted before 9:00 AM are often completed and ready for pickup that evening. However, same-day printing is not guaranteed. Production times are based on our current workload, scheduled closures, equipment maintenance, and material availability.
If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know whether we can accommodate your requested timeline.
DTF Print Production Process*
To help you understand our production process, a 10-foot DTF print run can take up to one hour to print. In most cases, your order is being printed alongside other customer orders, which means our printers may be running throughout the day to complete the production queue.
To maintain efficiency and ensure consistent quality, we do not print individual designs and cut them from the reel as they finish printing. Instead, all orders are printed in scheduled production runs, and once the print run is complete, we cut, sort, package, and prepare everyone's orders for pickup or shipping at the same time.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as this process allows us to provide the highest quality prints while keeping production organized and efficient.
Stickers
- Orders under 300 stickers: Minimum 3 business day turnaround.
- Orders of 500–1,000 stickers: Approximately 5 business days. Anything over 1k stickers, please reach out to us for a turnaround time estimate.
Custom Decals
Custom decals have a minimum 7 business day turnaround. Turnaround times may vary depending on the design complexity, material selected, finishing requirements, and current production schedule.
Banners
Print-ready banner files have a minimum 4 business day turnaround. Files must be provided print-ready and sized correctly. If artwork or file modifications are needed, additional design time and fees may apply.
Custom DTF Apparel
- 1–2 shirts: Minimum 3 business day turnaround (depending on garment availability and materials).
- Orders of 5 or more shirts: Minimum 7 business day turnaround.
Turnaround times begin once artwork has been approved (if applicable) and payment has been received. Orders requiring specialty garments or materials may require additional production time.
Custom Glitter & Rhinestone Apparel
Custom glitter and rhinestone apparel has a minimum 7–14 business day turnaround. These orders require additional production time due to custom template creation, specialty materials, and the application process. Turnaround times begin once artwork has been approved and payment has been received.
Custom Orders & Design Services
Custom orders that require artwork, design, or file preparation have a minimum 7 business day turnaround to allow adequate time for design, revisions, and production.
Rush Orders
Rush service is available only when our production schedule allows.
A rush order is any request that requires us to move your order ahead of previously scheduled jobs or complete it sooner than our standard turnaround time. Rush orders require us to rearrange our production schedule, prioritize your order, and may require overtime, which is why a rush fee applies.
- Rush orders are accepted at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
- Rush fees begin at 25% of the total order value, with a minimum rush fee of $25.
- Depending on the requested turnaround time and production requirements, rush fees may increase to 50% of the total order value.
- The final rush fee is determined by the size, complexity, materials, and requested completion date of the order.
