All items are made to order, understand that we will try our best to ship within 5-7 business days depending on the size of your order.  If we are unable to meet that deadline expect a response by e-mail discussing a later delivery date. Powers Print & Design is not liable for shipping errors by carrier. It is your responsibility to reach out to your carrier.
